Convocation Instructions for the Students

·         Please read the instructions carefully before filling up of the form.

·         Payment of the Convocation fee is mandatory to receive Degree during the ceremony. 

 ·      Dress code: Only Traditional dress of Maroon shade (for UG) and Blue shade (for PG).

·         The Application portal will open on: 2^nd August 2025.

·         Last date for the submission of the Convocation Consent Form is: 16^th Aug. 2025.

·         The Convocation Fee is INR.1200/- (One Thousand Two Hundred Rupees Only) payable online. The degree certificate, Grade Sheet etc. will be only given to the students who have cleared all dues and have paid the Convocation fee. Students have to upload the No Dues Certificate while filling up of the form.

·         Accompanying friend or family members of the degree recipient must carry a Govt. ID Card for identification purposes.

·         The payment done for the accommodation is non-refundable/ non-transferable.

·         DO NOT REFRESH THE PAGE OR CLICK BACK WHILE PAYEMENT IS BEING DONE.

·         Do not use special characters or bullets while filling up of the form.

·         If the page is unresponsive try opining the same on Edge browser.
